Hot Noise - 10,000 to 15,000 Scoville
Product of 2020 Quarantine!
Produced with garden-fresh hot peppers, Hot Noise has been enjoyed by everyone who has tasted it.
When the peppers I had pickled for Labor Day 2020 were too hot for my siblings to eat, I pureed them into a sauce. It was enjoyable and after a few batches of ingredient experimentation, I'd found a recipe my wife and I really enjoyed.
That Christmas, I sent it to my four siblings, my aunts and uncles across Texas, and a few close college friends...
EVERY ONE OF THEM ASKED FOR MORE WITHIN A MONTH OF THE NEW YEAR!
I figure if my wife and I enjoy it, as have the first 40-or-so people who've had it, others might enjoy it too!
The sauce is made with 15 seasonings, carefully measured for a balance that I really liked and you might too.
Scoville Heat Rating is judged to be approximately:
Inside Voices - 500 to 1,500
Hot Noise - 10,000 to 15,000
Hotter Noise - 25,000 to 35,000
Hottest Noise - 75,000 to 100,000
